GALLEYWARE/DRY GOODS:

BREAKFAST:
eggs (3 doz.) - plastic carton
coffee cakes (2), bagels OK
milk - 2 quarts (for cereal and coffee)**
fruit juice - NOT DRINK (5-6 qt. +/-)
(primarily orange, some grapefruit)

LUNCH:
cheese - 2 lb. (deli sliced, 2 or more kinds)
tomatoes - 2/day, lots more fresh in season
alfalfa sprouts or small qty lettuce (washed)
cold cuts - 3 lb. (deli-sliced, variety of types)
tuna - (2) 6-oz cans
bread - 3 loaves, wheat, rye, pump (20 slices each)

SNACKS/STAPLES:
fruit - apples, pears, grapes, oranges, etc.
include bananas (approx. 24-30 items)
include 2 lemons and 3 limes for cocktails
cookies - 2 bags or equivalent of homemade
butter - 1 lb.

DRINKS:
(all somewhat crew dependent) coffee (1 lb. +/-) check pot type
caf/decaf instant coffee ? (none or small)
tea bags - 15 +/- bottled water (2 or 3 gals)
wine - 3 or 4 l-l/2 liter bottles, white

COCKTAIL SNACKS: (use judgment)
cheeses - 2 kinds each (8 ounce +/-)
fresh veggies and small qty dip (don't overdo it)
(homemade dips are best: herring, horseradish)

STAPLES: cold cereal (6-8 individual) (non-sugary)** (possibly 1 small box granola also) instant hot cereal (6-16, depending on
season)
Optional: ham, mushrooms, etc. for eggs** (Avoid bacon & sausage; if used, precook.) mayonnaise - 16 oz. jar mustard - small peanut butter - small jam/jelly - 1 small? (remember - no toaster)

DINNERS: Not included in this list. Plan separately and prepare at home, then refrigerate or freeze and transport in tightly sealed containers. Preparers must clarify what is included (e.g. salad, dessert). Home-made desserts are more popular than store-bought.
